Sources have told me that a city department head is abruptly retiring and that a replacement has already been chosen. My source indicated to me that the retirement may have been a leave or be thrown out type situation. I'll have more information as it becomes available.
Russ has always done a good job. Has proven he can work for and with any mayor from any party. His job should not be secured based on how hard he will work to get a mayor reelected. this is just wrong
